All AdapTable licences include full 24/7 product support, via Zendesk ticketing.
All enquiries are dealt with quickly and professionally; any bugs are fixed in an immediate patch, while most user-inspired enhancement suggestions are incorporated in our frequent releases.
Caution
- We only add new features, and fix bugs, for the Current Version of AdapTable
- However we offer full "how to" support - and provide the documentation for - previous versions
Support Tickets
AdapTable Support is accessed by raising a Support Ticket in Zendesk.
Our Support Ticket Templates allow you to provide examples which focus on the issue at hand.

- This email address should be used for general queries, e.g. about AdapTable license renewals, release dates etc
- Zendesk tickets create fully accessible conversation threads, which are only closed when satisfactorily resolved
