Both the Single and Multiple Application Licenses come in 2 variants.
Premium Package
This Package offers more limited ongoing support and is suitable for smaller businesses or simpler applications.
Five Support tickets per application per year, are included as standard.
These support tickets will be dealt with as soon as possible.
This Package provides access to all core AdapTable functionality, Modules and Releases (but not Plugins), and also supports new AG Grid versions.

Premium Packages do not include access to AdapTable plugins
Enterprise Package
This Package is suitable for larger companies running business-critical and / or more complex applications.
This Package provides access to all core AdapTable functionality, Modules, Plugins and Releases.
Enterprise Packages support all new AG Grid versions, with a free Tech call to discuss what has changed.
Note
Enterprise Packages include access to the AdapTable source code (on request), and ability to make Pull Requests
License holders receive unlimited support from the technical team throughout the lifetime of the application with a guarantee to turn issues around within 24 hours.
Enterprise Packages also include specialist support through the period of initial implementation via our Grid Gurus consultants, and an optional annual audit of each application using AdapTable to optimise grid use.
Hint
Enterprise Licenses come with a guarantee that approved requirements for new features will be included in new releases at the earliest possible opportunity
Additionally, the Adaptable Tools consultants will actively work with new teams to:
- investigate the applicability of using AdapTable in projects
- assist with the extension of AdapTable to new applications
- help to develop POCs and other use cases
