AdaptableAggregatedExpressionModule

Modules that host aggregated AdapTableQL expressions for custom isAvailable authoring: Alert Aggregated and Calculated Column Aggregated.

Layout Row Summary and Cell Summary are intentionally omitted — they use fixed summary UIs (not the Expression Editor). System aggregations still evaluate there via internal availability policy; Cell Summary customs use instead.
